SOLAS works with Education and Training Boards (ETBs), Regional Skills Fora and local enterprises across Ireland to develop Further Education and Training (FET) programmes that are responsive to the rapidly evolving skills, social and economic landscape unique to each region.

Through a range of education and training programmes, SOLAS supports a varying cohort of learners who are interested in:

• Upskilling to enter the workforce or progress in their existing career,

• Progressing into further or higher education,

• Undertaking an apprenticeship or traineeship, or

• Developing their literacy or numeracy skills.
