Minister Lawless Launches AIready.ie, an Online Platform to Boost AI Skills Nationwide

Today marks a significant milestone for the delivery of national digital and AI ambitions in Ireland as Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Skills, James Lawless launches AIReady.ie, the Government’s new AI skills website which offers free, easy-to-use AI training to the public.
SOLAS is proud to have developed AIReady.ie in partnership with the National Skills Council, which has been designed to make learning about artificial intelligence easier and more accessible, helping people develop in‑demand skills needed for work, study and everyday life. Taking as little as under 20 minutes, the AI ready courses can be undertaken on a phone, tablet or laptop.
Commenting on the launch of AIReady.ie, Deirdre McDonnell, CEO at SOLAS said:
