SUPPORTING WORKING LIVES AND ENTERPRISE GROWTH IN IRELAND: 2018-2021 further education and training policy framework for skills development of people in employment
A new policy aimed at developing the skills of people in employment was officially launched by Minister Richard Bruton on Tuesday September 11th 2018.
The Employee Development policy supports the provision of new further education and training employee development opportunities in Ireland over the period 2018-2021.
It will provide targeted support for vulnerable groups in the Irish workforce, particularly those who have lower skills levels. The policy also supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who need some assistance to invest in and develop their workforce.
