SOLAS have launched the Innovation through Collaboration Call for Proposals 2019. ETBs will have the opportunity to form new and imaginative bridges with enterprise and other partners under this fund, in order to achieve a major step-up in innovation in employee development across Ireland.
ETBs can collaborate with a broad spectrum of enterprises for example edtech companies, education institutions, professional associations, representative organisations, community based organisations, companies in order to devise novel ways of meeting key challenges to the sector. The priority innovation categories under the 2019 call are Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), information and outreach, delivery and design of programmes, regional and sectoral approaches, and enterprise engagement.
Proposals must relate to one of these areas and be both innovative and collaborative. Collaboration partners may be domestic or international, and must include at least one other ETB in addition to the lead ETB.
Prospective partner organisations should contact ETBs directly in relation to the Call as applications are sought from ETBs only. Contact information for ETBs can be found here.
The deadline for submitting proposals is Thursday 12 September at 5.00pm. Proposals must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org on the appropriate templates.
